Proposal to help Egypt
In the Spring of 2009 a proposal was submitted to various Government Official outlining a 250 million US Dollar project. Contained in that proposal were ways in which to:
- Reduce unemployment
- Alleviate pollution especially from the areas around Cairo including the smoke emanating from various farms when they burn the waste products from their crops.
- Improve the health of its residents especially from respiratory issues as a result of this pollution.
- Reduce landfill use
- Dispose of toxic waste effectively and efficiently
- Promote the proper disposal of trash thereby keeping streets clean and reducing illegal and or dangerous dumpsites.
- Develop as many as 10,000 jobs
- Spur dozens of small business that would support this project.
- Ways to finance this project.
While no action has been taken yet and the project sitting somewhere, it is hoped that the Government of Egypt will soon endorse this project and its benefits for the people of Egypt.
