November 22, 2012 A day of Thanksgiving and a Sad Day of Remberance

Filed under: Uncategorized — Mr. Craig @ 11:25 pm

Happy Thanksgiving to all my American readers.

While I have much to be thankful for… from financial issues to relationships and opportunities and abilities that I have been given that allow me to do things most people cannot…  I am most thankful that I am able to take care of a special someone n my life and to do so in a way that has preserved her self esteem and dignity and has allowed her to dream of a better future…

But on this day of thanks this year… we must also mark a day of remembrance ….  for on this date in 1963 President John Fitzgerald Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas Texas.  That was 49 Years ago.

So while this is a sad day in history… we must remember that President Kennedy was also a pioneer in Civil Rights and caring for our fellow man and a man who loved his country.
