Doubtful.. too many companies have gotten lazy… immediate profits driven and demean and disrespect their employees to the point of not wanting them… can we really expect them to learn and turn around so quickly… I have no faith n American business will have effective customer service until they have better employees and that only comes when the company respects their employees.. something that has been lost for almost 2 maybe 3 decades now and gotten worse…. this is a sad for me to say… but we really have gotten to the point that we were before the turn of the 20th century (1890″s)
