I have been working on the following projects, some of them for more than 10 years. I wanted to share them with the public to see if anyone had interest in working together with me on accomplishing any of these startups with me. I also hope that these types of dreams can be contagious for others to create and follow their own dreams.
Project # 1: Exchangeable Canisters for Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicles
My first and most important project is facilitating the implementation of Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle (HFC) into the mass market. This is expected to be accomplished by small lightweight canisters, filled with COMPRESSED Hydrogen gas, that will weigh between 10 and 14 pounds) that can be essentially plug and go into vehicles. Liquid Hydrogen is not used in this distribution ONLY Compressed Hydrogen Gas.
I envision 4-6 of these canisters per vehicle with each canister providing enough hydrogen to go approximately 100 miles. They can be easily exchanged at over 100 Thousand (1oo,000 locations in the USA) . The portability should allow a consumer to effortlessly pop one out of their vehicle and pop a new one in in less than 2 minutes.
Engineering these canisters was a challenge at first as I wanted a design that could handle 25,000 PSI of Hydrogen GAS and be lightweight enough for an elderly person to lift and put into a vehicle and that the amount of gas would be sufficient to go 100 miles per canister and maybe even further. That was finally able to be accomplished late last year. The final design has to be a compromise with Auto Manufacturers with length and diameter congruent with their vehicle spaces. the final canister can be no less than 3 liters (liquid measurement like a soda bottle) and no larger than 5 liters for weight purposes.
Once the design is agreed to there can be no changing the dimensions or the nozzle in any way as it needs to be uniform for the refilling of the canisters as well as the distribution racks. The continuity alleviated the problem of maintaining multiple sizes and shapes allowing for a seamless integration with All auto manufacturers and a centralized quality control.
Project Parameters require 10 million canisters be manufactured and distributed around the USA in 5 years with 2 million the first year in operation to assure a mass market immediately. A business plan to accomplish this has already been developed. .
This project should have 4 divisions:
1. Manufacturing the Canisters.
2. The contracting division that acts as intermediary between the 1st and 3rd division
3. Nationwide industrial refilling centers.
4. Retail/wholesale sales and distribution to 100,000 locations
This project took me 12 years on and off. I have developed business plans as well as strategic plans and intermediary goals and objectives along with Tax Strategies and regulatory hurdles. My next phase is to get the first Automotive Company or Countries such as Japan or China as well as Europe to endorse and utilize this project.
Project 2: Lightweight Interchangeable Portable Batteries
for Electric Vehicles
Similar to Project 1 this has to do with Vehicles.. but in particular FULL Electric vehicles but specifically the batteries for those vehicles.
Electric Vehicles have several MAJOR problems that are rarely talked about but are in the Psyche of the consumer.
a/ 70 % of all vehicle owners have no ability to “Plug-In at home. There are people who must park on the street, who live in Condos with no garages, who live in mid or high rise buildings, apartment complexes etc.
b/ Range of the vehicles with existing permanent batteries in place.
c/ The best kept secret … If you have a Laptop or cell phone or other battery device you know that the batteries lose the ability to keep a charge or worse not be able to fully charge after so many cycles. It is worse still if they are not fully discharged before recharging. Given the outrageous cost of these batteries and weight it is a huge concern for potential consumers.
Tesla has tried to offer some solutions by offering battery swapping places.. but you are required to go back to the same place to swap them back. The concept warranted a alternative solution and I think I have found one.
I keeping with the b,b and c concerns and given the rapid advancement in battery technology especially with Graphene a lightweight batter along the same concept as the Canisters in Project 1 above could be the solution to widespread integration of Electric Vehicles into a mass market.
Batteries can now be made in many different shapes. Circular Cylinders, Oval Cylinders, Long trapezoidal shaped, Triangular cylinders. Rectangular cylinders and even Square Cylinders. This allows them to be stacked in various compartments INSIDE the vehicles body. AS in the Project 1 Canisters a singular design needs to be agreed to and with the same distribution system as the Hydrogen canisters they can be placed in 100,000 retail locations for easy swapping without the need to return to the same location and easily done. Even a home charger can be provide so a person can bring the battery or batteries into their home and recharge then there.
Batteries returned to a location can be charged there and a diagnostic performed to determine if any particular batter should be taken out of service. The system would then disable that battery from being exchanged and an alert sent to the distributer to recover the defective battery for return and recycling at the manufacturing level. this is a form of cradle to grave maintenance and excludes the consumer from the limitations and financial burden of batteries that go bad. These batteries would also have a tax incentive plan similar to the Canisters. the same if not greater number of these batteries must be manufactured in the beginning to facilitate a quick integration into the mass market potential.
I have tried to use an engineering methodology to design and develope the Canisters as well as the batteries necessary for a switch from gasoline to Hydrogen and Electric.
The example is a design of a new drill:
The drill will generate ‘X’ inch-pounds of torque.
The drill will weigh fewer than ‘X’ pounds.
The drill will be able to work ‘X’ hours on a single battery charge.
Project #3: Quasi Independent Living for Special Needs Adults:
This project is of particular importance for me as I want my one daughter who has Autism and has special needs to be as independent as she can be if by chance she outlives me.
This project came from my inability to find her special accommodations that are better than group homes for her. I think Group Homes are a great thing for many who need this type of living arrangement. My problem is that they usually end up having to cater or tailor their activities and such to the lowest common denominator. This is not a long term solution I prefer for my daughter.
I took my inspiration from The High Rises for housing at the University of Pennsylvania and changed some of the concept to make it even more practical for more special needs adults.
This works best as a mid 3 to 7 stories to 25 story high rise shaped as a T or an X with 35 to 50 small apartments on each floor, ONe for each resident and each one having a living room with a small kitchen that has a medium size refrigerator with freezer, a Microwave and a sink with cabinets for dishes and food staples apartment style scenario; A full bathroom with Tub and shower; a separate bedroom and a living room that adjoins the small efficiency type Kitchen with island separating the two.
With the Floor layout similar to that of modern Hospitals that have a central station that can be glass enclosed and rooms next to the “Station” would be a room for activites on each side including a TV or Computer or Wii or Xbox or Ps4 gaming to be shared among the residents.
With Technology today it is easy to have a screen in everyone’s apartment notifying them when to report for their medications as well as wearable technology via WiFi that can alert them as to their need to report to the Central floor station.
I envision a first floor that has a buffet style restaurant that will also be available to the public for all meals. The residents can microwave in their rooms or chose to take some meals at the restaurant and those that can will find part time jobs there. A small “Commissary with some basics such as milk cereal snacks etc is also a necessity for these residents to have on premises.
Also A Physical Therapy place as many special needs have need for that as well as Medical offices for General practitioners and mental health professional who have a number of clients among the residents thus eliminating the need for extensive outside transportation. Parking wouldn’t be much of a consideration as few residents have drivers licenses let alone vehicles thus parking for the ground floor commercial services will be a easy to accommodate.
At the back I would like to see a small Gymnasium with a basketball area and some exercise facilities and meeting rooms primarily for the residents but can also be rented out to the public for various functions.
I would ideally like to see 3-500 of these built and operated in the next 10 years. Financing can be accomplished by State or Local Bonds being sold at low interest rates for the construction of these facilities. I have identified a potential partner to build and operate these facilities along with another company for staffing to attend to the ne4eds of the residents and a finance plan that fits in existing parameters of public financing.
Project 4 Sub Saharan Trade Routes Road Rehabilitation:
Based upon a study conducted for the World Bank it is estimated that this project would cost 60 Billion Dollars but would increase GDP of the affected countries by 1 Trillion Dollars per year after the first 5 years of development.
This Cost may seem high but it is the equivalent of the amount of money the President George W. Bush Committed to africa just to combat Aids.
Improving these roads will stimulate country to country trade of foods and materials. It would increase Continent wide Exports, and would allow Medicines and other aid to get into the interior of countries that have been months to deliver if able to deliver at all because of the poor infrastructure.
When roads like this are built and rehabilitated it brings with it development and growth in manufacturing and agriculture, as well as things like electricity and potable water and eventually rail service. These trade routes are the best way to take the Continent of Africa out of poverty, provide foods to give relief to drought and famine in other parts of the continent and increase the overall quality of life for roughly 750 million sub Saharan residents on the continent.
It also lays the foundation for the Article I posted here on a “Real Vision for Africa” about 7 years ago.
Project 5 (Just for fun)
The Gift of Manure for you favorite Villain.. yes I said Manure.. or Bull crap if you will… for 5 dollars I can send from 1 to 5 pounds of manure to your least favorite person in the world. I can accumulate the orders for the best of the worst like Harry Reid, Mitch McConnell. or any other politician or other public figure that a large number of people feel are deserving of pure BS you hate. That will be sent in mass bulk at a contribution of 5 dollars for 5 pounds.
For individuals without the notoriety I can send 1 pound of Manure with an anonymous note for 5 dollars.
Not exactly a real winner for helping people on the surface but it does help people feel they have been able to send a message. And that can prevent actual physical violence

Well that is about it for now… Obviously these is a great deal of detail I have already done and prepared on each of these projects. I have not released all this information for 2 reasons.. one you might be bored with the details,… and 2/ I still want to “sell” these projects to companies who will partner with me on the grander scale.
In case you haven’t noticed I have big or even HUGE dreams and I do not give up on them easily and continue to work and find ways to make them happen and to make this world a better place. That is who I am .. and what I try to do in this life of mine.
